Thank you for choosing our independent brand! Because we are a small, curated clothing label, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We ship via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes [2–5] business days to arrive once dispatched.
- International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to populate.
Damages and Issues
While we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors, we want you to like your pieces. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@ghostgourd.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
