ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is produced specifically to your order; therefore, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or alterations once an order is placed.

Sizing & Order Accuracy
Customers are entirely responsible for reviewing all sizing charts and verifying their order details before checking out. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection or address entry errors.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us at support@ghostgourd.com within 7 days of delivery. To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue.

Shipping & Lost Packages
Ghost Gourd is not responsible for delayed packages handled by USPS, or packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. However, if your package is officially deemed lost in transit by the carrier(typically if there is no tracking movement for 14 consecutive business days), we want to make it right—please contact us at support@ghostgourd.com and we will send out a one-time replacement shipment for your order.
