ALL SALES FINAL POLICY

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is produced specifically to order, and as a result, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing information and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order. We do not offer size exchanges once an order has been placed or fulfilled.

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and address the issue.
